We offer free shipping on all orders and home and office deliveries across Australia. We’ll ship your order out quickly to get there as fast as possible.
Delivery will be handled by our trusted national carrier. They cannot be contacted in advance. Generally, Standard Delivery occurs Monday through Friday (8 am to 6 pm), but it may appear outside those hours during peak times. We keep you informed about when your delivery will arrive throughout the delivery process.
Sadly, we cannot deliver these items on a choice of day or time. You can also contact the courier’s office phone number that we provide you with to get an approximate delivery date using the tracking number provided. You can permit the item to be left at the door to make things easier.
Dispatch / Delivery Times
You will receive an order confirmation email after each successful order placement. We use couriers to deliver our products to minimize delivery times and provide faster dispatch. Each order is processed within 1 business day and shipped via courier with tracking information. If something is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified.
Estimated delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. The item usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Please allow 5 extra business days for regional customers.
Damages
We sometimes have to deal with damaged items during transit. Upon receiving an item damaged in either the packaging or the object itself, you should take photos or videos showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. As a result of your feedback, we’ll ensure that our service and packaging quality continues to improve.
After we deliver your order, if there are any damages to the item, please take pictures or videos and email us as soon as possible. Ideally, this should be within 3 business days.
